    Develop the user flows and the interface, including the empty and error states the build will need.

    Build

    Implement the application or website in increments you can review on a device or in a browser.

    Validate

    Test functionality, compatibility, and the critical journeys against the range agreed at the start.

    Launch and support

    Deploy, assist with publishing where that is in scope, and provide maintenance as a separate agreement when you want it.
