Using this website

These terms apply to your use of the Teramob Technologies Pvt Ltd website. They are not a proposal, a quote, or an agreement to build a product. A project starts only when both sides agree in writing.

Information on the site

The pages describe our services in general. They are not a promise that a particular result, timeline, or price applies to your project. Demonstration projects are labeled as samples and are not client engagements.

We do not guarantee that Apple or Google will approve an app, or that marketing work will produce a particular ranking, number of installs, or amount of revenue.

Inquiries

If you send an inquiry, you agree to provide accurate contact details and a description you are allowed to share. Do not submit confidential information that needs a separate non-disclosure agreement first. Sending a form does not create a client relationship.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to break or probe it without permission, or use the form to send unlawful, misleading, or irrelevant material. We may refuse an inquiry that looks abusive or that we cannot answer responsibly.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and original graphics on this website belong to Teramob Technologies Pvt Ltd unless a page says otherwise. You may not copy them for your own commercial site.

Work produced for a client is covered by that client’s agreement, including who owns the product. These website terms do not assign that work.

Liability

The site is provided as available. We are not liable for decisions you make based only on general information published here. Nothing on the site excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms when the site changes. The date on this page is the date of the current text. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the current text.
