Who this policy is for

This policy describes how Teramob Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Teramob Technologies”) handles information collected through this website. It covers the public site and the project inquiry form. A later contract for design or development may describe additional handling for that engagement.

Information you submit

If you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, the service you need, a description of the project, and your confirmation that you have read this policy. Company name, approximate budget, and preferred contact method are optional.

We use that information to read the inquiry and reply to you. We do not sell it, and we do not show it on the website.

How the inquiry is delivered

In the production configuration, the form sends your inquiry by email to the company inbox configured for this site. The website does not keep a public copy of the message.

If validation fails, the draft is held in a server-side session until the form is shown again, then it is discarded. That session also stores a security token for the form. The session cookie is named teramob_session. It is essential, limited to this site, and set to expire when the browser session ends.

Security records

The server may process the IP address of a submission so the form can refuse an unreasonable number of attempts. The site stores a hash of that address with the time of the attempt, not the raw address and not the text of your message. Those records expire on a rolling one-hour window.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The session cookie described above is used on the contact form. Other pages do not need to set it.

Service providers

The company that hosts this website and the company that delivers our email will process the information as part of that service. They should only do so to operate the site and the mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry email for as long as we need it to respond and, if we work together, for the life of that engagement and any records we are required to keep. Session drafts are removed when the next page loads. Rate-limit records expire within an hour.

Your requests

To ask about information you sent, contact us with the email address published on this site or through the contact form. If no email address is published yet, use the form once email delivery is configured. We may need to confirm that the request comes from the same address you used.

Children

This site is meant for business inquiries. It is not directed at children.

Changes

We may update this page when the site’s practices change. The date at the top of the page is the date of the current text.
