App Publishing and Maintenance
Release support and maintenance, with the limits stated plainly.
Shipping an app is more than compiling a build. Teramob helps you prepare store listings, submit releases, and keep a product in working order after launch. This can follow a build we did, or start from an application we can responsibly maintain.
We do not guarantee that Apple or Google will approve a submission. We do not take ownership of your developer accounts. Maintenance covers the work written into the agreement, not an open-ended promise to build every future idea.

How the work proceeds
-
Access and ownership
We confirm that the accounts are yours and that we have only the access required.
-
Release check
We review the build, metadata, and the privacy details the stores ask for.
-
Submission
We submit and track the review with you.
-
Review feedback
If a store asks for changes, we separate what is required from what is a new feature.
-
Maintenance
After release, fixes and small changes are scheduled. They are not an unlimited queue.
Technologies
These are the stores’ own tools. Preparing a release with them is not a partnership with Google or Apple, and it is not a promise of approval.
Questions we are often asked
Can you guarantee approval?
No. Apple and Google decide. We prepare the submission and help with in-scope changes if a review asks for them.
What does maintenance include?
The agreement lists it. Typical work is defect fixes, updates required by a new OS version, and small changes we have estimated. New features are quoted separately.
Can you maintain an app you did not build?
Sometimes. We need the source, a way to build it, and time to see whether we can support it responsibly. We may decline.
Who owns the accounts and the code?
You should own the store accounts. Code ownership follows the contract for that product.
